I am very glad that you had recovered very well after operation.
As diagnosis means mixed-hemorrhoid, operation was done both
internal piles and external piles.
So in this case operation name is radical hemorrhoidectomy.
If you want to have another new "MEDICAL CERTIFICATE" , you have to
contact to your company collegue in KOREA and request that he will
visit my clilic for your new "MEDICAL CERTIFICATE".
